Sushi Pressing Box

Pressed sushi is one of the most delicious ways to prepare sushi.  To press the rolls properly, you need a sturdy box to create the shaping and pressing force.

This box is made from Northern cedar wood, which features an elegant, wave-like selection of cedar grain.  There are knife indentions cut into the sides which serve as a guide for cutting the pressed sushi evenly.
